  1. Purpose
    These conditions govern the terms of booking and stay at Villa Échappée en Provence.
  2. Booking:
    The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of a deposit equal to 10% of the total cost of the stay. All booking requests imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. Prices
    are quoted in euros, per night. Tourist tax is included. The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of booking.
  4. Payment Terms:
    A 10% deposit is required upon booking. The balance of your stay is due no later than 10 days before your arrival date. Payment is made by bank transfer in Euros using the link that will be sent to you by email. Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or letter). For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date: a full refund of all payments made. For cancellations made between 30 and 11 days before the arrival date: the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made 10 days or less before the arrival date: the full amount of the stay is due. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will also be due.
  6. Change of stay:
    Any request to change dates is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  1. Arrival and Departure:
    Arrivals are from 4:00 PM. Departures are before 10:00 AM. Please inform us of your arrival time.
  2. House Rules
    To preserve the peace and quiet of the premises and the comfort of all guests: • The house is non-smoking. • Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. • We ask that you respect the tranquility of the premises. • The number of people per room is limited to the capacity indicated at the time of booking.
  3. Responsibility:
    Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  4. Force majeure
    The Owner shall not be liable in the event of force majeure preventing the execution of the stay.
  5. Personal data
    The information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of managing stays and remains strictly confidential.
  6. Applicable Law
    These general terms and conditions are governed by French law.
